There are some pretty amazing Tokyo people that I've either met or run into on the internet and I thought it would be a nice idea to introduce you to some of them here.
These interviews are a chance to find out what other people think of Tokyo, what they like doing, and what they recommend for visitors.

Tokyofoodcast - meet Et-chan and Te-chan, a lovely married couple who want to bring you all that's great about about Japanese food and sake.
You can do your own research on their blog about specific dishes and types of sake, or you might consider contacting them to be your guides. They're busy though so it's usually a good idea to book in advance : )
